This home was constructed in 2001. It is a hybrid post and beam house with douglas fir timbers and Eagle aluminum-clad windows. The exterior is finished in cedar trim and shakes. In addition, this structure was super insulated with spray foam insulation, blower door tested, and includes an HRV system. The heating system is a Viessmann boiler with radiant floor and hydronic baseboard heat.
